Elevate your performance by mastering stability in the saddle.
Most riders don’t have a strength problem, they have a load-management problem. This program targets the missing link between gym strength and saddle control by restoring hip and pelvic stability under load. As that foundation improves, riders commonly experience less post-ride hip and glute ache, reduced back tightness, and fewer recurring knee, SI, or groin flare-ups. The goal isn’t intensity. It’s control, symmetry, and durability in the saddle
Unleash your full potential with a game-changing reset, not just a workout.
This 8-week program focuses on restoring hip and core stability as a system, not just individual muscles. By rebuilding foundational control and load management, riders improve balance, reduce unnecessary strain, and create the support needed for consistent performance in the saddle. This isn’t advanced training. It’s what advanced training depends on
Experience transformation through a program tailored to unlock hip functionality.
Hip stability isn’t one exercise, it’s coordination. This program develops rotational control, abduction/adduction strength, pelvic stability under load, and integrated core support through precise, intentional progressions. Built for riders who want certainty, not guesswork.
About the Course
Hip Stability Reset: The Foundational Series: is an exclusive 8-week training program meticulously crafted to fortify the rider's foundation, eliminating the need for compensations by the horse. Unlike standard core exercises or aimless drills, this course focuses on honing hip control, inner-leg stability, and pelvic alignment, directly enhancing balance, seat stability, and energy transmission in the saddle. By enhancing how a rider stabilizes and moves, the horse experiences greater ease in turns, transitions, and speed work, promoting enhanced performance and long-term health. This program seamlessly integrates rehabilitation and performance, empowering riders to ride with enhanced precision, confidence, and assurance every time.
Meet Your Instructor
Dr. Natalie Howard, PT, DPT I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy who works at the intersection of rider biomechanics and horse performance. My approach is built on a simple truth: when the rider lacks stability, control, or strength, the horse is forced to compensate, and over time, that shows up as performance limitations, soreness, or breakdown. My work blends rehabilitation principles with performance-based training, informed by real-world riding demands, not generic gym programs. I also work on horses in the equine performance space, which gives me a unique perspective on how rider mechanics directly affect a horse’s movement, comfort, and long-term soundness. Rider hip stability reset was created to give riders a clear, structured system to build a foundation to start to move better, ride stronger, and support their horse where it matters most, through consistent, intelligent training of the rider first.

What Riders Are Saying
Discover how our course is transforming the riding experience for women Western performance athletes.
“I’ve done plenty of core and mobility work before, but this was different. My hips felt more controlled, my low back stopped tightening up, and I could actually feel the strength carry over when I rode.”
Las Vegas, NV
“I loved that this wasn’t random workouts. Everything had a purpose, and I finally understood why certain weaknesses were showing up in the saddle. It gave me confidence instead of guesswork.”
